- I am hobbyist beekeeper in leafy Maroondah, part of the Yarra Ranges. My hives are regularly inspected and maintained. My honey extraction method is known as Artisan as it is the purest form of harvesting. No heating or long term storage as I like to get my produce to my customers to be enjoyed. The large variety of flora and eucalyptus trees in the area make for beautifully coloured and mellow yet full of flavour liquid gold.
