Absolutely NO additives, we spin our honey in a stainless steel spinner and we strain our honey but we don’t filter it so that all the medicinal benefits are retained in this beautiful liquid gold.  We have 65 acres at Cooperabung which is approx 25 minutes from the beaches of Port Macquarie.     Our farm is located on the Wilson River and Banglow Creek.  We are also very close to national parks and state forests all within 7km which I am sure our bees find the most amazing nectar.  

Our honey is “mixed blossom” flavour and light in colour.   We have customers say “its the best honey we have ever tasted”.  We are happy to post to you if you are not local.

Another interesting thing we do is we make all our own hive boxes which holds 5 frames and we add each box so it ends up being a vertical tower as our bees love it as they think they are in a tree.
